Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
Stock wipes are sold by the case of 1,000. Custom-printed orders have minimum quantities that depend on the design, and linen and bedding minimums depend on the product. We quote all of them upfront.
Can we try products first?
Yes. Qualified businesses receive complimentary samples before placing an order.
Can you match the products we use now?
Yes. Send us a sample and we’ll quote a matching or upgraded option side by side.
Do you set up recurring orders?
Yes. Set a monthly volume and we deliver on schedule. You can adjust it anytime.
Custom printing
How long do custom-printed orders take?
Lead time depends on quantity and print complexity. We confirm a firm delivery date with every quote and again before production.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) work best. We send a digital proof for approval before anything is printed.
Products
Do you offer biodegradable wipes?
Yes. We source plant-based and biodegradable wipe options for clients who want them.
Are your cartons recyclable?
Our shipping cases are corrugated cardboard that goes straight into standard recycling.
Are your wipes alcohol-free?
Our standard range is alcohol-free and gentle enough for hands and face.
Are your wipes antibacterial?
Our wipes are designed for cleansing and refreshing. We don’t make antibacterial claims for products that aren’t licensed for them.
Do you supply towels and bedding too?
Yes. We source towels, table linen and bedding to your specifications and supply them by the case.
Delivery & payment
Where do you deliver?
Across the Greater Toronto Area, and we ship to businesses across Canada.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods, and established business accounts can apply for invoice terms.
Do you work with distributors and retailers?
Yes. We offer reseller pricing and private-label options.
